Return Policy

At Goldmakers Fine Jewelry, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Our return policy differs depending on whether your purchase was made online or in person at our store.

Online Orders

If you wish to return an online purchase, the item must be returned within 30 business days of the delivery confirmation date. Items will not be accepted after 40 business days.

Before returning an item, please contact us at goldmakersjewelry@gmail.com. We will provide a return shipping label and instructions. Please do not send an item back without contacting us first, as the return may not be accepted.

The cost of return shipping is the buyer's responsibility and will be deducted from the refund, except when Goldmakers Jewelry has sent an incorrect item.

Returned items must be in their as-purchased condition. Antique items must be returned in their original condition, and new items must be returned in new, unworn, and saleable condition in order to qualify for a refund.

Online orders may also be returned in person to our store within 3 weeks for an in-store credit or exchange.

In-Store Purchases

For purchases made directly at our store:

• No refunds are offered.
• Non-custom jewelry is sold as-is.
• Eligible returns are issued as store credit only.
• A Goldmakers sales receipt must accompany the return.
• Returns must be made within 30 days of the original purchase.
• Items must be unworn and in saleable condition.
• Discounted merchandise is final sale.
• Goldmakers reserves the right to refuse a return.

Custom and Altered Jewelry

Custom projects are not eligible for refunds.

Any alterations made to a piece before it is shipped may make the item final sale. This includes changes such as ring sizing or other alterations.

Custom-designed jewelry is also considered final sale.
