Goldmakers focuses on the production side of jewelry manufacturing, including design preparation, printing, casting, scanning, and mold making. We do not provide in-house polishing, plating, stone setting, or final assembly, but our team can help guide you toward the right next step.

Goldmakers offers more than 50 casting alloys, including yellow, white, pink, green, and brown golds; platinum; palladium; sterling silver; G-Metal; brass; bronze; and white alloy options.

The right alloy depends on color, durability, price point, stone setting requirements, intended use, and casting behavior. Our team can help narrow the options once we review your design.

Yes. STL files are preferred. OBJ and 3DM files may also be accepted for review.

Include the file, intended metal, ring size or dimensions, stone information when applicable, desired quantity, and clear notes about any production requirements.

Yes. We produce castable jewelry models from approved CAD files for prototypes, custom pieces, and production-ready designs.

Yes. Once your CAD file is approved, Goldmakers can coordinate the 3D printing and casting stages for a more streamlined workflow.

Yes. Goldmakers can ship by FedEx or use a client-provided shipping label.

Selected pieces can be personalised. To discuss a customisation, email info@goldmakers.us. Please allow at least 3–4 weeks, although more complex personalisations may require additional time.

Made-to-order pieces are crafted specifically for you — including your chosen size, gemstone, and design — so I’m unable to accept returns or exchanges on these items. Please double-check all details before placing your order.

I recommend visiting a local jeweller to have your finger measured accurately. Remember, finger size can fluctuate depending on the temperature (your fingers are slightly smaller when cold and larger when warm). I use UK letter sizing, which can easily be converted if you’re familiar with US or EU sizes. You can find a Size Chart on all of my products!

Yes, one-of-a-kind pieces can be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they’re in their original condition and packaging.
